Who knew running a moon base would be so much work? For thirteen-year-old Jo, it’s not quite the fun and games that she imagined, even with her best friend in charge. It’s been 47 days since the rebels kicked Big Smile Corp out of the Lunar Coding Complex, and everything is going… not quite to plan. The eel tanks need cleaning, meals need cooking, and is it normal for the air handlers to break this often? After a disaster strikes the base, putting everyone in danger, Jo must go on a journey across the moon in search of supplies from a neighboring base. But driving a rover across the moon for days is no easy task, especially when Big Smile Corp tries to sabotage you every step of the way. Will she find the supplies she needs at the other base? And can she make it back in time to save her friends? With a Robot Army at My Back is the sequel to the bestselling middle grade sci-fi adventure How I Hacked the Moon
