Everyone in Tatsui-chou from college students to old ladies has been hard at work preparing for the Dragon God Festival. But just as the festivities get underway, a sudden storm strikes! Ilsera and Murakami leap to investigate but standing in their way is none other than the very dragon that s supposed to be the guardian deity of the town! Can they salvage the festival? Or will two dragons prove to be one too many for Tatsui-chou?
