When a creative writing challenge is assigned in class, a young boy is convinced that he can’t tell a story. He’s not a great writer like Mom. He’s not a great artist like Mama. He can’t even think of a good story to tell! But with support from his family and a little unexpected inspiration, he might find he had a story inside him all along. With fun illustrations and tender storytelling, this is a beautiful and affirming story celebrating triumph in creative struggle.
