After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, DAVID NAYFELD worked with some of the most renowned chefs at the world’s top restaurants. In 2018, he opened his first restaurant, Che Fico, in San Francisco, which was named Esquire’s Best New Restaurant, one of Bon Appetit’s Hot 10, and one of San Francisco Magazine’s Best New Restaurants. In 2019, he opened Che Fico Alimentari, followed by Che Fico Parco Menlo, Che Fico Pizzeria, and il Mercato di Che Fico.
