The Great Awakening and the Rise of Liberty is a book which was birthed just prior to the experience of living through the Pandemic 2020, and the events during the next six years, from 2019 until 2026 researching and formulating opinions, perspectives, and ideas, during a time of upheaval, uncertainty and censorship of criticism or questioning of the government narrative. Those six years catalogue in a sense the author’s journey, whilst seeking likeminded people to consult, explore, and further clarify the findings, and observations they experienced. The book was almost not finished. The threat of censorship and character assassination was real, both within the author’s social circles, and more broadly, heard on most mainstream media outlets, and online platforms. Now that six years have passed, nearing seven, the author’s work is now ready for public viewing. In part, the written work, is a testament to the human spirit of innovation, creativity and ingenuity! The book seeks to address the inner spirit of man (and woman) and the ability to seek truth and seek God while living in a world (and even a family and community) which has moved away from all things religious now living as secular people! How does one write about a major event in real time? Is it possible? Or does one require some time and space needed to debrief, reflect and move through the stages of grief, denial, fear, loss, then acceptance? Many did write and publish quite quickly in the early days of Covid-19, and the Pandemic. Do they now stand the test of time? The author’s vision is that it is not too late for the story to be told again, in their words, not others, and to finally have a voice. May others who read or hear about the book, find common ground, and be challenged, be open and allow the words to speak to them, for the betterment of their personal journey! May the book be a prophetic voice in the wilderness of critical thinking and daring to question the common narrative and come out stronger. May humanity continues to seek the divine calling and not be content with accepting political platitudes or ideologies. May this season show signs of great renewal and a return to core spiritual and religious values and teachings! May we each do the inner work to check our moral integrity and not be trapped or lured by false and hollow teachings. As a Christian, as a believer, I dedicate this book now to my Lord Jesus Christ and pray that He will uncover the eyes and heart of the reader, that they may seek God to the full, His truth and His purpose for life. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life. May God’s Kingdom come today! To God Be the Glory.
