After getting revenge for the death of his parents, Jimmy Crumb is on the run. As he makes a stop in a small West Virginia town, he learns that a typically harmless cryptid has seemingly murdered a young girl. However, it’s an act that both contradicts the monster’s past behavior and one that puts the small town’s identity and tourism in jeopardy. As the town hunts the creature, Jimmy hunts for the truth, and he uncovers the shocking revelations behind not only the origins of the legendary monster, but the murder it’s been accused of.
