Llangollen farmer, Aaron Jenkins, is found shot and DI Ruth Hunter is called in to track down the murderer. The local community is rocked and whispers swirl about adultery: both Aaron and his wife were having affairs. But when there are several more violent slayings, Ruth realises that the murders might be bigger than a domestic concern and these may just be the beginning of a long and bloody gang battle. It’s not long before Ruth and her team are stuck in a lethal conflict with armed suspects, racing against the clock to prevent yet another cold-blooded shooting.
